I've made a revision guide for WJEC Maths Mechanics M2, it covers the following:

Projectiles
Particle Dynamics (Hooke's Law, Energy Considerations, Forces dependent on time
Vectors (General info, calculus, relative vectors)
Rectilinear motion
Circular Motion (Vertical, Horizontal)

Generally there are introductions to a topic with the theory and diagrams then some worked questions.

Periodic Sequences Generator C#

Thought I'd share this small class I made, it will produce a periodic sequence between a low and high limit.
For example it can produce:
1,2,1,2,1,2...
3,4,5,6,3,4,5,6...

I plan to adapt it to produce wave movements for water in XNA. Anyway, there's the code, mostly commented:

public class PeriodicSequence
    {
        private float ctr = 0;
        private float modulo;
        private float lowTerm;
        private float highTerm;

Gotta love CS5. Made another infographic, in that it has info and is a graphic, doesn't really look like most you see though.
This one is one trigonmetric identities, the simple cosine, sine and inverse trig functions first, compound angle identities and double angle identities.
May do some more on harmonic form and standard integrals if I can be bothered...

It really puts me in a state of rage when after (or during now thanks to youtube's annoying video tooltips which cover half the video you're watching with utter shite) watching a youtube video the user will end with Don't forget to subscribe!1!!!oneoneone and litter this motto throughout the rest of the page.
It's one thing to say Feel free to subscribe, though that's an arrogant thing to say, as though if you didn't we wouldn't be free to? Twat. But it's another thing to tell me not to forget to subscribe, if I don't subscribe it's not because I had a memory lapse im..

For those of you who take the option of streaming your favourite TV shows and movies online, DivX is probably the best choice for quality. Compared to the many flash streaming sites, DivX takes the rank of king of quality. Many flash streams can be very pixelated, not have a full screen mode. Despite its popularity, Megavideo is very flawed in that audio being out of sync to the video being a common problem which is especially annoying for action videos as you'll see an explosion then hear the sound 10 seconds later – not as thrilling. Furthermore Megavideo introduced a limit to how m..

This is a short thought about the characteristics of a modem. In simple terms a modem connects to an ISP which in turn connects it to all the web sites it requests, a task that although is complicated it is just individual computers sending and receiving signals. If you compare this system to turning on the TV with the remote control: press the button; signal is received by the television; TV is turned on, it may riddle you as to why when you send your signal to "turn on your connection to the internet" you may receive an enigmatic "no" or "yes but only at x kbps".
Your ISP isn't a..

Windows have just released a certain update, KB940510, that may have some adverse effects on those with "less than legitimate" versions of Windows.
If you have downloaded the update and not restarted your computer you can quite easily remove the update.
If you have restarted your computer (most likely you have as you wouldn't be looking for a fix for something you haven't installed) then there isn't much you can do.

A Practical Example of Using LINQ. Some of you may know that LINQ is an SQL method of querying in the .NET framework, if you are new to this I recommend an article on Kirupa.com "An introduction to LINQ".
When I first discovered LINQ I thought it looked overly complex for something that I'd have little use for but on discovering more about it's potential I saw how powerful LINQ could be in my applications. For this reason I've compiled a sample application that uses LINQ to query an array of "Peop..

Where to start with progamming / developing?
A question asked frequently by computer users that have mastered using and configuring an Operating System and want to get into thecoolside that isprogramming and developing.
Don't jump in at the Deep end!
A few years ago I made the mistake of diving straight into complex programming languages before learning something basic like a language markup. Python is advertised as an easy to learn language for users that have never tried programming before.. I've had first hand experience with this and..

Ask direct questions to gather info.
Do not use industry jargon.
Do not talk down to client.
Do not insult customer.
Do not accuse customer of causing problem.

I really love my link box (it's a very old router!). I have 12 Ethernet (or RJ45, or network) cables connected to it, which I hope some day will all be connected to linux boxes! For now only two computers are connected to it, the rest of the wires are just there to look pretty!
And yes, it does look pretty cool! So I took a picture of it.. I will not be showing you the original because I don't want you to see how awful my camera quality is!
I cropped the image down to just the face of the router, which I found..

Recently I added an RSS feed to the site!
It's actually PHP outputting XML, so that the RSS Feed is updated automatically.
The URL is rewritten so that the URL states it is an XML file, but also PHP sends a header stating that the file is text/xml.
I've submitted my feed to a few directories but not that bothered about it!
Do you think the descriptions need to be longer?
P.S. like the new favicon?..

I finally got round to learning regex (regular-expressions). This meant I could have clean URLs for my blog entries, for an example look where you type URLs in; You should see that the URL does not have an extension! Looks a lot nicer, ey?
The only problem was, I was at risk to duplicate content attacks from competitor sites (not that I have any!).Therefor I had to devise a way to redirect all incorrect URLs to the right one. Before, the following would all work:

Rugby - For you Americans that's our equivalent of Football - I always throw the ball forward! I can run extremely fast but my constant rule breaking and foul language earns me nil pwa!
Soccer - I cannot kick a ball! Plain and simple, I've never been good at football probably since my Dad never taught me.. Anyhow, I can manage about five knee-ups - can't do kick-ups at all! - and can toe-punt the ball into some faces whilst aiming for the goals...
